Beat a Speeding Ticket for Free?

Posted by: admin   in beat speeding ticket

Is there a site that gives you 100% free speeding ticket information? All the sites I’ve been to charge 50 bucks for a ebook. I am looking for complete step-by-step instructions on how to beat a speeding ticket. Not just a blog post.

http://speedingticketbeater.com/free.html
This is the only site on the web that gives you a free "step-by-step" ebook that tells you how to beat a speeding ticket. Don’t buy from anywhere else. The ebook, Speeding Ticket Buster is great. It helped beat my speeding ticket.

Introduction ( http://speedingticketbeater.com/ )

The first action to keep you from being found guilty is to break the chain of evidence that has been found and is currently stacked against you. We will show you how to do that in a clear, convincing and concise method. We have organized sections for dealing with the method you were caught by, whether it was via pace car, laser, or radar. However, you should review all sections because they contain bits and pieces of information that will be useful regardless of how you were stopped.

In order to keep them honest you will have to go to court and argue your case intelligently. This sounds intimidating, and it is for the person who is not ready and has not done their homework. You will be challenging professionals who do this daily while you may do it once in your life.

The Court officials and Police Officers have a distinct advantage over you; they realize what needs to be done, as well as how and when. Excuses and gimmicks are not new to them; they have heard them all before. They have streamlined their procedures to convict many, many people daily.

The prosecution must be able to document the accuracy of the measuring device they use. If they use a radar gun, they must be able to document its accuracy as well as that of the equipment that calibrated it. This is also the same with a speedometer in the police car that you were paced by and also with the laser. There are legal precedents for all of these, and we hope to give you the general information on a trial, a background on how this legal strategy works, and specific questions for each tracking device.

Chapter 1: No Intimidation Permitted ( http://speedingticketbeater.com/ )

Do not give in to intimidation; We are going to show you how to take advantage of their system. Yes, you will use it against them. We will ensure that you are much more prepared for them than they would imagine. Yes, this is part of the ambush approach. You will be shown what information and documentation they should have with them. More often than not, they do not bring it to court because it is too costly in time and resources. Ultimately, you will be able to turn the tables on them, and when they realize they have been out-maneuvered, they normally dismiss the case due to (their) lack of evidence.

Check and Verify the Ticket ( http://speedingticketbeater.com/ )

One of the first major steps for you to perform is to check the ticket. Make sure the vehicle described is yours and that the ticket is written to you. Note: Misspelling your name or address does not invalidate the ticket; the officer will simply verify that you are the person he gave the ticket to by sight.

Make Sure You Examine the Ticket ( http://speedingticketbeater.com/ )

Especially the reverse side, which the police officer will normally not fill in. It explains what you have to do if you intend on fighting the ticket. Every state, every jurisdiction, may have its own format as there is no standard format to go by. Here is what to look for and on the ticket:

~What steps to take if you plan to plead "not guilty" or contest the ticket.

~What steps to take if you want the officer at your hearing, what you must do.

~What steps to take if you want to subpoena witnesses.

Is it an infraction or a misdemeanor?

~What steps to take if you want to examine any records or have copies of the records made.

Not doing exactly as the ticket instructs is not fatal, but it will make defending you very hard. This could lead to a second very time-consuming hearing, and may also cause a great deal of confusion.

Be Prepared ( http://speedingticketbeater.com/ )

When you calmly stand up and put some case law on the table (Case law refers to the body of available writings explaining verdicts in various cases. It isn’t really law, but rather precedents set by other judges. Courts in some states don’t publish this information, and thus do not have a large body of case law, so be sure to check your specific state.) and begin to cross examine the officer, asking questions about the foundation of evidence the prosecutor doesn’t have, he has three choices:

1. Try to challenge existing case law.

2. Beg the judge to stop you.

3. Chalk one up in the loss column and move on.

Special Directions

Make sure you pay attention to these directions and follow them in exact detail:

1. If you send anything by U.S. Mail, be sure to send it registered, with a return receipt required, and keep a copy of what you sent. Note: Make sure you have copies of this information when you appear before the judge.

2. If the ticket tells you what you must do if you want the arresting officer to be there, make sure you do it! Note: You most assuredly want the arresting officer in court. Without the arresting officer present, you will have nothing to cross-examine except for a piece of paper-the ticket.

Darn, out of room! http://speedingticketbeater.com/free.html

It’s a GIMMICK. Just like some magic pill that makes you skinny or erases acne or some one day course that will make you a million in real estate. RIP OFFS just trying to take advantage of the desperate. Even if you buy the ebook, there is little probablity that you would win. Basicly all they are doing is selling useless information.

It IS possible to beat a speeding ticket, but HIGHLY improbable. You would need to break the chain of evidence. But you will NOT have the latitude yang yang claims and the judge is NOT going to force the prosecuter to jump through the hoops yang yang claims. And NO, a minor mistake will not invalidate the ticket.

The advice yang yang gave is just copied from a basic site. It is unlikely that he is a lawyer like he claims. There are a ton of idiots in the religion section saying they are a bishop and a ton of idiots in the computer section claiming they have 25 years of IT experience. If I claimed I am an astronaut, movie star and the president of the united states and Megen Fox is my girlfriend, are you going to believe me?

Yang yang CLAIMS to be a lawyer for over 20 years, but he had to use some ebook named "speeding ticket buster"? THAT IS HILARIOUS!!!!
IF he was a lawyer, he wouldn’t need to buy an ebook. His years of lawschool would have givin him the knowledge where he wouldn’t need to buy an ebook. And if the ebook was robust enough to beat a ticket and contained so much info that a lawyer had to read it to win, do you think that an untrained person would win with it? They are phony just like a real estate millionaire training class, miracle cosmetics or miracle shampoo..

The advice he gave is naieve, and what little good info is within it could easily have been gotten from a high school civics class, much less undergrad business law, much less real law school.

Oh, by the way, when I said megan fox is my girlfriend, I forgot to mention that she’s only my girlfriend because I’m too busy being married to a playboy playmate.

Apparently, Yang Yang L can’t read, or, like any real lawyer, can’t be bothered to do it himself, so he probably had someone else do it. The guy said he doesn’t want to spend $50 bucks. And I don’t think the ads are allowed on this forum. What say you, YAHOO! Answers?

Anyway, there really isn’t a way to beat a speeding ticket, unless the officer doesn’t show up in court. People will disagree, but here it is — All the officer has to do is show three things: 1) his RADAR, LASER, speedometer has been checked and certified accurate within the last six months; 2) he checked the device (in the case of RADAR/LASER) before using it on the date of the offense, and then again at the end of shift; and, 3) he received proper training in speed estimation and detection using LASER/RADAR. He is not required to testify as to how the device works or any other topic other than those three things. If he brings his documentation, you’ve lost.

Pay the ticket and slow down.

Well good luck as you first must know the laws that pertain to your ticket, then present why you feel your right and the officer was wrong, then hope the judge agrees with you and not the officers side.

I know you can get a lawyer who could argue that the cop didnt callibrate his device that day, or keep making excuses, reschedule the day soo many times that the cop just gives up since they dont get a lot of money for that. But that isnt free. Your probably better off to just pay.
